Chiropractic
care is no longer an alternative. It is now considered mainstream healthcare.
Aside from pain relief, chiropractic adjustments re-align your spine so that the
messages can flow unaltered from the brain down to every area for every function
of the body. It is not uncommon for the general public to utilize a
chiropractor as their primary doctor.
About
The Doctor:
Dr. Donohue started out in health and fitness 25
years ago, when he initially became a fitness instructor. He then moved on
to massage therapy in addition to fitness training. Within a couple of
years, Dr. Donohue enrolled in Chiropractic College. Midway through
graduate school he completed an additional x-ray certification with James
Grilliot. During the latter half of his curriculum, he was asked to assist
in teaching palpation and biomechanics, radiology and chiropractic adjusting.
He graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1992. During his
internship, Dr. Donohue completed a second additional x-ray certification with
the world renowned Dr. Earhardt.
Dr. Donohue moved to Arizona immediately
following graduation. At that time, he associated under a doctor from Palmer
Chiropractic College. Afterward, he went on to obtain his sports injury
certification through Logan Chiropractic College. Following that, he
completed a degree in acupuncture at the International Academy of Medical
Acupuncture.
Dr. Donohue has treated a myriad of professional
and world-class athletes in numerous sports and many world-renowned
entertainers. He is presently enrolled in a nutritionist program under the
well-known Dr. David Seaman.

- Acupuncture - Dr. Donohue has been certified in acupuncture
since 1999. He performs the acupuncture without needles as an adjunct
to his care.
- Massage - It is very relaxing and therapeutic. Tight
muscles can squeeze down on nerves and cause pain. They can also slow
down blood flow, causing toxins to get trapped in between the muscle fibers.
This, in turn, causes very sensitive nerve endings that lead to muscle
tightness. It can become a never ending cycle that worsens unless you
do something. We have an excellent massage therapy staff. Call for your
massage today (520) 494-7788.
- X-ray - We have state-of-the-art, high frequency x-ray
equipment on the premises for your convenience.
- Orthotic Insoles - Research has shown that the arches of
your feet are very important for spinal health and the arch supports that we
use can help reduce pain and prevent spinal problems that ultimately result
in deterioration of many functions of the body. A-1 Health &
Wellness Center uses a state-of-the-art digital arch scanner on the
premises. Ask yourself the questions below. If you answer yes to any
of the questions - Call Dr. Donohue today to have your arches scanned (520)
